TIP ... The BUC system is legally available only to vessels on a Central
Listing ..... not on an Open Listing.

TIP ... There can be only one Central Listing Brokerage ... some sellers have
(unknowingly?) allowed more than one Central and the boat sale became a
nightmare.

TIP ... The business longevity of a brokerage, by itself, is no guarantee of a
real strong sales effort by that brokerage.

TIP ... While the Brokerage fee can seem high, a strong Broker can oftentimes
net you more dollars than you can ... He is the Pro-in-Fact!

TIP ... Beware of the Broker that says "I guarantee" ... put it in writing. An
honest man never minds signing on his promises.
